Shashank Shekhar Tiwari

Shashank brings a robust technical foundation and dynamic leadership to his executive role at Bharat Infracon Projects Private Limited Projects Private Limited Holding a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur, he has consistently leveraged his engineering expertise to drive complex infrastructure initiatives.

His journey in large-scale transit infrastructure began as a Summer Trainee in the Signals division at the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). During this period, he gained critical hands-on exposure to core metro functioning areas, including Operations Control Centers (OCC), Baggage Handling Systems, FOTS, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC), and Token Vending Machines. He subsequently expanded his field experience as an Electrical Engineering Intern at MS Construction Pvt Ltd, where he focused on overhead power lines and engineering operations.

Prior to stepping into his current strategic leadership position, Shashank served as the Head of Technology & Office Operations at Bharat Infracon Projects Private Limited. In that capacity, he successfully managed core technology implementations and construction management systems.

Currently, as the Head of Strategy, Government Relations, and Technology, Shashank operates at the critical intersection of corporate growth and public sector liaison. Known across the team as a highly capable and versatile resource person, he actively oversees Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), website administration, and the integration of construction technology. Furthermore, he leverages his deep expertise in government procurement, contract management, and strategic planning to navigate complex public sector relationships, driving the company's long-term corporate relations and business networking objectives.
